Kiara Procter

Middle School Assistant Principal

Mrs. Procter attended the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where she got her BS in Magazine Production with a minor in African American Studies. Later she attended the University of Denver and received her Master in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. She has been at McGlone for 7 years and has genuinely taken pride in seeing many of your families come through middle school. She’s grateful to know that you continue to trust her with your students.

Rhonda Robbins

3-5 Assistant Principal

I am very excited to join the McGlone Team! I am passionately committed to providing all of our students with equal access to an excellent education! I grew up in Gardena, California, and lived in Alabama and Ohio before coming to Colorado. I have two adult children and three adorable grandchildren. I enjoy biking, walking, and attending performing arts events. I have a BA from the University of California: Northridge, a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Alabama: Tuscaloosa, and studied Educational Leadership at the University of Denver. My first career was as a professional actress primarily in Los Angeles. I have worked with the Shakespeare Society of America, Ralph Waite’s Los Angeles Actors Theatre, The L.A. Public Theatre, and the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. I find work in the theater especially helpful with problem-solving and collaboration. With over 20 years of educational experience from elementary to college, I am prepared and ready for the work at McGlone.

Donnis Hurd

ECE-2 Lobitos Assistant Principal

I am a Denver native and I attended the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Economics. I later attended the University of Phoenix and obtained a degree in elementary education.  This is my 8th year at McGlone Academy and I am dedicated to this community and our students.  My mission is to see them thrive and reach their full potential as students and community members.  I am married and have one son; he attends the University of Colorado at Denver. My husband and I love spending time with our families and trying new restaurants around the city. I love the Denver Broncos, (even when they’re not that good) hosting ladies’ nights, and going to Denver Nuggets games with my guys!
